RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you aren’t happy with a product for whatever reason, we will do our best to return or exchange the product in question for something else that is more in line with what you are looking for.

In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that the product remains unopened. If you are attempting to return an item we will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange, provided that there is no damage to the product. Please keep in mind that shipping must be deducted from the refund amount.

Supplements World guarantees that all products on offer are:

  • 100% original and authentic
  • In excellent condition
  • Delivered within 3 business days
  • Stored in temperature-controlled warehouses
  • Have a minimum of 3 months until date of expiry (1 month for snacks)

If any of these conditions are not met we will offer a full refund, return or exchange, depending on your request.

Products that are damaged upon delivery may also be liable for refund and/or exchange. If this is the case, contact us immediately and we will walk you through the process of getting the damaged item verified by the carrier.

As a top supplement provider, Supplements World also reserves the right to inspect all returns for evidence of tampering or damage. Also, please be aware of any possible shipping, handling or restocking fee that may be applicable.
